There is an interesting discussion over at the bridge winners site on the future of bridge. My thoughts on this are that teaching the game in a fun way is extremely important and miniBridge may well be the key to getting people started with the game (right Maggy?)
When I was growing up we played board games and card games as a family. I think this leads to playing bridge far more easily than playing video games, each in your own room.
Thank goodness bridge can be played online. I think that may be what saves the game from extinction.
